Getting the job done right is all about having the right tools at your disposal. Take a look below for the tools, tips, and tricks you need to get perfect measurements.

• Use a steel tape measure, never cloth.
• Print out the measuring guide you need. It'll be a good reference, plus you'll have a place to write down your measurements.
• Measure each window individually. Even the smallest differences make all the difference.
• Write down all of your measurements clearly. Your best bet is to go with pencil, just in case your first measurements need a little reworking.
• Round your measurements to the nearest 1/8". You don't need to be perfect, but it never hurts to try.
